A team that can work long term, sign a contract and an NDA, and does not subcontract.能长期出工，可签合同与保密协议，不转包。
You obtain site consent; we provide the template.场地授权由你取得，我们提供模板。
A connection that can upload large files, possibly tens of GB a day.能稳定上传大文件，单日可能几十 GB。
While recording, the wrist carries a “10k” mark — a sticker or a pen mark both work.采集时手腕上要有「10k」标记，贴贴纸或用笔写都可以。
No faces, ID documents, screen contents or third-party footage; no staging, watermarks or post-processing.画面不得出现人脸、证件、屏幕内容或他人素材；不得摆拍、加水印或后期改动。

- Before you start: site consent signed, operators registered, equipment self-checked.开工前：场地授权已签，人员登记，设备自检。
- Recording: run each task end to end, keep movements continuous, keep hands in frame, meet the project's daily hours.采集：单段任务从头做到尾，动作连贯，手不出画，达到项目要求的每日时长。
- Files: follow the naming rules and keep each session complete. No transcoding, cropping or timestamp edits.存放：按命名规范存放，一次会话文件齐套；不转码、不裁剪、不改时间戳。
- Upload: register the session first, then upload in parts. Resumable after a dropout; check file count and size when done.上传：先登记会话再分片直传，断网可续传，传完核对文件数与大小。
- Acceptance: complete files, timing within spec, compliant content. Metadata can be resubmitted; capture problems need a reshoot.验收：文件齐全、时序达标、内容合规三项全过才算合格；元数据可补交，采集问题需重拍。
